THE PROBLEM

Pre-checks are still done by hand.

Before a container moves, someone reads every document against the rules: invoice, packing list, Form AI certificate of origin, halal and BPOM paperwork. The work takes real care, and it tends to happen at 4pm on cut-off day.

2–4 HRS of manual pre-checking per shipment
6–10 DOCS in a typical corridor document pack

HOW IT WORKS

Three steps. No re-keying.

01

Upload the pack

Drag in the shipment documents as they are: supplier PDFs, scans, spreadsheets. There are no templates or forms to fill.

02

The engine validates

Extraction reads HS codes, parties, origin and values. Rules check them against IA-CEPA and Indonesian import requirements, and every finding cites its clause.

Broker-ready dossier

A structured dossier with cleared items, flagged gaps and cited rules goes to your customs broker to review and file.

CAPABILITIES

Everything the pre-check needs.

01

Document extraction

HS candidates, parties, incoterms, values and dates lifted from PDFs, scans and spreadsheets, line by line.

02

HS classification

Six-digit suggestions with rationale, mapped to AHECC and BTKI tariff lines on each side of the corridor.

03

IA-CEPA validation

Rules-of-origin and preferential-tariff checks, with the exact clause cited on every finding.

04

Certificate checks

Flags missing or expiring halal (BPJPH), BPOM and health certificates before they become port holds.

05

EN / ID bilingual

Reads documents and writes dossiers in English and Bahasa Indonesia. One file carries both languages.

06

The dossier

One structured, broker-ready file: findings, evidence pages, citations and a clear worklist of gaps.

WHY CORRIDOR-SPECIFIC

Built for one corridor, not every corridor.

Generic tools know every lane a little. CorridorClear encodes one lane completely: the agreement, the regulators, the certificates, the language. That depth is what makes each answer specific enough to act on.

AGREEMENT

IA-CEPA, encoded

Rules of origin, tariff staging and Form AI requirements, drawn from the full text of the agreement rather than a summary.

REGULATORS

Indonesian regulatory reality

BPOM registration, halal assurance under Law 33/2014, quarantine and health certificates. Each one is checked against the source requirement.

DIRECTIONS

Both directions, one system

AU → ID and ID → AU, with AHECC and BTKI classifications reconciled line by line.

FAQ

Questions, answered briefly.

Where do our documents go? {{ faqM0 }}
Documents are encrypted in transit and at rest, processed in an Australian region, and never used to train models. Delete a shipment and everything extracted from it goes with it.
What does CorridorClear cover? {{ faqM1 }}
Australia ⇄ Indonesia, both directions. HS classification and IA-CEPA origin checks cover the full tariff schedule; certificate checks currently cover halal (BPJPH), BPOM and health/quarantine documents.
How long does a check take? {{ faqM2 }}
A typical pack of six to ten documents returns in a few minutes, with progress shown per document. Large multi-line shipments take longer.
Is this legal advice? {{ faqM3 }}
No. CorridorClear prepares a dossier for your licensed customs broker, who stays responsible for classification and lodgement. What it replaces is the manual pre-check.
What does it cost? {{ faqM4 }}
Early access is priced per shipment, with no seat fees. Pilot teams get corridor pricing at onboarding. Ask when you request access.
